Option #1 – Room Rental Only
This option includes the use of one of our designated meeting spaces or ballroom. The client will be responsible to set up their own tables and chairs, and provided their own table coverings. Occasions by Marc Charles will have security or a manager on premise. The client is responsible to provide their own food and beverages. However, alcohol is not permitted. If any alcoholic beverages are served there will be a $3,000 fine. Under New York State regulations only the person / corporation holding the liquor license can legally serve alcoholic beverages on these premises. The client is also responsible for clean up and removal of all food, beverages and garbage by the end of the event. If the room is not left as it was found the client will be fined $2,000.00.
Option #2 – Room Rental with Catering Order
This option includes the use of one of our designated meeting spaces or ballroom. Occasions by Marc Charles will provide and set up the chairs and tables with linen. We will have security or a manager present. The client can build a custom menu by ordering food by the tray to accommodate their guests. The minimum order is $500 and a bar package may be added to this option. A bartender is required to serve if a bar package is added. Occasions by Marc Charles can provide additional wait staff at an hourly rate for this option. If the client does not choose to hire additional staff then they are responsible for clean up and removal of all food, beverages and garbage. All catering orders include wire chafing racks, sternos, chinette paper plates, platicware, napkins and serving utensils.
Option #3- Full Service Catering
This option includes the use of one of our designated meeting spaces or ballroom. Occasions by Marc Charles will work with the client to create a full service catering package that includes all food and beverage service, wait staff, tables, chairs, linen, etc. This option does allow for a bar package. A bartender is required to serve if a bar package is included. Menus can be customized to suit the client’s needs and budget. Full service catering packages will be priced to include stainless steel chafing dishes, china, silverware, serving utensils and glasses. Occasions by Marc Charles staff will be responsible for all service and clean up of food, beverages and garbage. |
